We have skilled team composed Merchandising, Quality Control & Shipping, Documents, Compliance and Designing.
Installed in house Color Fastness, Shrinkage Twisting Pilling and Pull testing.
Control color shades in the modern light box.
In present 27 persons working in PoT Dhaka office for daily follow up and supporting peoples sitting in the production facilities.
A Technical person full time working in office PoT Dhaka to facilitated buyer’s Technical Sheets and comments and comments on samples and pattern modification as well.
We do sample production for all kind of products such as Sales samples.
We source materials from all certified mills local and abroad Regular Cotton, blended and 100% Organic cotton fabrics under Oeko-Tex100 standard and GOTS and including Detox installed in the water management of Dying, Allover, Screen printing, Denim Washing facilities.
To support buyer’s Corporate Responsibility we organized and have been maintaining several Social Projects to donate 1 % of the export value.
Products:
We are long standing producer and supplier of Baby and Children apparel Underwear, Sleeping bags for boys and girls size 50-164.
We deal all kind of Knit, Woven, Denim fabrics.
We supply big retail cahins mainly on private label basis.
You would buy directly within an FOB agreement if preferred.
We have a customer base with numerous well-established retail chan such as NKD, Rreal, Baby-One, Baby-Walz as well as the entire DM-Markt chain whom we have been supplying for the past 17 years.
Our offices in Bangaldesh monitor and supervise our production companies which are BSCI, GOTS certified and many other audited like SOCAM etc. All products are made in accordance with the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard.
